2021 Canada-Saskatchewan Drought Response Initiative
The 2021 Canada-Saskatchewan Drought Response Initiative provides immediate relief to livestock producers. Producers do not need to be enrolled in any SCIC programs to qualify for funding.
Registration is open
You are encouraged to submit your 2021 Canada-Saskatchewan Drought Response Initiative application online. Online applications are accessible through your desktop or mobile phone. Applications can also be mailed, faxed or dropped off at your local SCIC office.
The deadline to apply is January 31, 2022. Final date to receive a payment is March 31, 2022.

Payment Two Application
Producers must apply for Payment One before applying for Payment Two.

• Payment Two Online Application – (The application number can be found on the Payment Statement for installment one or in the confirmation email for installment one, if producer provided an email address)
  • Application is not compatible with mobile devices.
  • It is recommended that you update your internet browser to the most current version prior to completing the online form.
